Artisans bring historical flair to Frontier Days (The Fort Dodge Messenger)
In keeping with the historical theme of Frontier Days, this year's event will include a number of artisans whose wares will be available for purchase, as well as demonstrations and classes for those interested. On hand will be a scrimshaw artist, a blacksmith, a basket weaver and a woodworker specializing in 18th century Native American figures, to name a few.

WWII artefacts come to light (Wairarapa Times-Age)
